Customer service sucks!!! Horrible visit. Came through drive thru presented my code. Order taker then says I already used it first off how if the order taker was suppose to enter it right in the first place. No ome knows what customer service is. No one didn't do a thing to help but blame the app. The manager which has to be a kid didn't help or offer to get me the deal anyways. It was done before at the very same restaurant It was the buy a 6 piece nugget or double cheeseburger and get one for .29 cents. How easy it that to fix!!Guess McDonalds needs to train better. Will jot be back at all. Damn Shame. Its McDonald's

Had a horrible experience here. I ordered a French vanilla iced coffee no cream. I took a sip and it was just black coffee. I ask the lady up front and she said yes it is black coffee you said no cream, then I asked about the French vanilla part. She kept saying I ordered a black coffee. She finally just asked someone to add the syrup and it was a ditzy mentally challenged girl that didn't understand what one pump of each, no cream meant. Now my drink is over sweet and fell all over my shirt. Very upset, I hope to find a playplace just as close to me. I ordered table service and had gotten no napkins, no straws and had to fill my own soda cup when I had asked for sprite in the app. I also got no pickles on my filet o fish. I normally order myself but I have my toddler in the playplace. You cannot count on them doing their jobs here. Used the bathroom when I got here and it was disgusting.

I tried to use my McDonald's survey receipt here that states by ANY sandwich and get another at equal or lesser value free. I ordered 2 double quarter pounders with cheese. The Manger at this store said I couldn't get the other double free. But the receipt that I did the McDonald's survey does not stipulate that ,nor is that posted anywhere in writing at the store. No other McDonald's that I have visted has not honored the survey receipt to buy ANY sandwich and get same or equal free. I believe they just wouldn't do it at this store because they didn't want too. ANY means ANY.
This is the worst store ever. I was waiting more than 15 minutes in line. Nobody ever took my order and when I asked someone to take my order, they said "there was no ice cream". Everything seems dirty and their attitude isnt the friendliest.
