Medinas food is outstanding. The Med Rim Salad has an really great flavor profile with figs, orngae slices and cinnamon over spinach leaves. Both the lamb and seafood tagines were delicious. The chocolate cake and orange blossom crème brûlée were mouth watering. We did not have a good service experience. They completely forgot about our table and we were there almost an hour before we even got our drinks. But ultimately we got all our food and everything came out correctly. We have been to Medina many other times before and it's definitely a place for a more leisurely meal. This bad service was not their usual and we will give them another chance - because we truly love their food.

We went there for lunch, trying something new and had a decent experience. There were definitely some hiccups here and there, but I think mainly due to language barriers with the waiters' limited English. 5 stars for the citrus chicken kabob with rice, it was delicious and the mint Moroccan tea is a must try. It's a little tricky to find the restaurant though, if you're not familiar with the area and depending on GPS. The restaurants did validate parking so that was nice. It's a nice cozy restaurant for small groups as it's not a big seating area. It's worth a try if you like Mediterranean cuisine.Parking: There are three parking garages to choose from street parking is limited

The gf and I visited for lunch this last Sunday when it was 15° out and there was nobody else in the restaurant. I've actually been wanting to try this place for awhile and it's ridiculous it took me so long to come in considering I literally live two blocks away in victory park.Anyway, it was a warm, inviting atmosphere and the server immediately offered us delicious Moroccan mint tea which warmed us up and was delicious. From there we had the labnah with pita ( terrific) and both did the citrus marinated chicken. On top of the food being great and it being super cozy, the overall vibe was perfect in large part because of the music. It was a mix of Arabic, downtempo, chill house and instrumentals and it was perfect and relaxing. Will be back.

This is a favorite of ours when in downtown Dallas. The staff is wonderful, the food is excellent, really a hidden gem. The beef tenderloin tagine is amazing, and the olives, oh the olives ...

I can’t say enough good things about this place. We were greeted by the owner, extremely lovely and wonderful person. The food was exceptional, brilliant, classic, Mediterranean flavors, with hints of Lebanese/other middle eastern cultures.More impressive than the exceptional flavors of the food was the hospitality. The gorgeous souls of the owner, Moe, and Shaimaa took care of us all evening. We will continue to down here for business, and I will continue to down here for pleasure. It’s amazing that this place offers such great food in the downtown Dallas area near American Airlines Arena, yet I feel like I was transformed into a small tavern and a different country. Look forward to seeing you again soon.River of Goods team

Food was excellent, and service and staff were wonderful! We just had one issue of being brought the wrong order for one person in our party, but the staff corrected it immediately.

We arrived at 5:30 PM before the stars hockey game. The restaurant was full, except for one last table for us. I would recommend an earlier reservation if you're heading to the game. Service was extremely slow, and the waiter got most of our order incorrect. The food on the other hand was really good. We enjoyed the beef cigar appetizer, although we ordered goat cheese. And we also really enjoyed the Medina salad. The best entrées were the lamb chops, and the beef tenderloin fillet. The Seabass was also really good, but unfortunately, the medallions of beef skewers were extremely tough to chew through. This is a very small intimate restaurant that feels like you're in the middle of Europe ( or Morocco!). Definitely recommend dining because of the delicious flavors, but I would make sure you give yourself plenty of time.

Delicious food, extremely friendly staff, very good prices The only reason for 4 stars on service instead of 5, was that it took a long time to put in our dinner order, to get dessert, and also to get the check. Overall we absolutely loved the restaurant and will 100% return here soon. Strongly recommend it!

This has been at least our 10th time dining here. Unfortunately it will likely be our last. The service, unexplainably is terrible. It took 30 minutes to get our beverages (1 cocktail) & after 20 minutes, I inquired about the whereabouts of the cocktail and was met with an Attitude. We then got our food promptly and it was delicious. Our plates were removed when we were done but then we waited almost 40 minutes for someone to come over (a busser) so I could get/pay our tab. Someone finally comes over, I explained to her that we were going to order dessert since it was my wife's birthday but now she just wanted to leave. She then took my card and disappeared for another 20 minutes. Finally I had to approach the bar area and get her attention so I could pay and leave. It was an overall horribly disappointing experience that put a damper o. My wife's birthday. Again, I will not be bringing my business to this establishment any longer Also I feel that we are owed an apology. Everyone dining was approached by a server or manager to see how their meal was, we were not approached or asked once. Great food, dining area far too small. Temperature was erratic and service was terrible.

Great food and service! The staff was super friendly, and the food was delicious. Can't wait to go back!"Must-try dishes! The beef cigars were a flavor explosion, and the chocolate cake was heavenly. The cream brulée was the perfect ending to an amazing meal!

The food is very expensive and the amount of food does not worth the price you are paying. The food quality was medium. However staff are polite and nice.
