This place is such a gem. Julia is the sweetest person you’ll ever meet. The quality and consistency is fantastic. I literally get the chicken teriyaki once a week. Great portions and always fresh and delicious. I was craving chicken fried rice and a coworker recommended this place. I was so disappointed with my order. I figured since this place was recommended, that it'd be great, however, the chicken in my rice was very burnt. I was already home when I opened the box, so it was too late to return or call, so I had to throw it away. It was so burnt that it was gross. The burnt taste spread to the rice and it was a complete waste. I will not be returning. Plus I had to pay before they would even start to prepare my order, which I completely understood, but this ruined my evening.
