We go to Mimi's Cafe often. It is one of our favorite restaurants. Lucy, Alma and the entire team is so amazing. Our kids love to go there and have also taken their friends who also love the food and amazing service!! ?
What a wonderful find! Good flavor coffee, hash browns were crispy, and my Country Benedict was hot, delicious with perfectly poached eggs and very flavorful sausage.This is my new go-to, reasonably priced, breakfast place!

First of all, they're serving Lavazza coffee, delicious, not that bitter diner coffee.Second, the customer service was exceptional.Third, the food was delicious, I highly recommend the BLT breakfast sandwich with pesto mayo and avocado, mmm, mmm, mmm. We took one to go also.Would definitely come back next time I'm in Plano.

Corn beef hash a little too done! Coffee does not have flavor. Sitting at an empty table, waiting on a "carry-out" order, they moved me so the table could be used for 'dine-in' customers. That table was still empty after I received my meal.

It was absolutely delicious.My husband had the chicken fried steak with eggs. It was very thick and tasted homemade (not pre-frozen).I had a veggie skillet and every layer had a nice seasoning. (Sometimes places forget vegetables need salt and pepper ).All eggs were cooked exactly as ordered.And the pancakes were fluffy and delicious!The restaurant was also impeccably clean. Maybe that's just something I care about but it's very important to me that a restaurant is clean.Overall, a great, small family owned business. We will absolutely be back.
