Pizza was amazing and so were the cheese bread so very delicious. The crust of the pizza was so good that my kid who leaves the crust, enjoyed it. They have very good customer service and handled something i brought up about the order very professionally.I will order or visit again.

Pizza was so bad, like cafeteria or prison pizza. Couldn’t eat more than half a piece and it went in the trash. Avoid this place if you have ever had a good pizza from New York, this ain’t it.

Third time and all 5 star experiences. Great duo in the kitchen who own and operate. Delicious thin crust pizza and pasta dishes. And as always the wonderful Angela takes care of the service. Good job guys. We love you!

Great food and attentive staff. Little small inside so we'd probably do delivery or take out next time. Not pictured but highly recommended is the mozzarella cheese sticks and the garlic cheese bread! Definitely add those to any order!

We went to NY Pizza Palace in Plano twice last week ... once for lunch and again for dinner 3 days later. It was easily the best italian food I've had. Nice portions and excellent quality. This place will become a weekly routine!

This place is quickly becoming one of our favorite places for pizza.NY Pizza Palace makes quality pizza at a great price. The crust and sauce are amazing, and their toppings are good too, though there could be more of them.While the pizza is pretty good, what sets NYPP apart is their other amazing dishes, particularly their salads. The lettuce is crisp, the tomatoes and onion are fresh and hand cut, and the dressings taste are awesome too.We haven’t had they’re other Italian dishes, but if they’re anything like the pizza, sign us up.If you’d ording your pizza from anywhere but NY Pizza Palace, you can do better!

Very sorry excuse for an eggplant parm sub. Tons of bread. Barely any eggplant sauce or cheese. Worst I’ve gotten since I’ve been in the Plano/Richardson area. Will def never go back. Posted pics of half the eggplant parm sub. To the reply from the owner. I work very hard for my money. I’m from NY I know what an eggplant sub is supposed to be. I accept your apology but will never be back. To others; feel free to comment I’ll tell you the better places to get NY pizza and Eggplant subs. I continue to try new places so I can see if something may be better. Occasionally I get the worst. This one is it.

This site is my favorite place. Of all restaurants I know I prefere it most. I always suggests to my friends to go to visit this restaurant. when I feel like having a proper lunch, this is the place that comes first to my mind. superb and all kinds of food and a large menu.professional staff members, and pleasant spirit. Also, the cost is modest. I suggest this spot with pleasure.
