PATRICK NEEDS A RAISE. I came into this panda after a long flight and this guy had people laughing back through the line around the corner to where I was at. I then had a great experience with him ordering my food then while I’m eating he came around to check on everyone to make sure everything was up to satisfaction! This guy goes above and beyond and I’ll be stopping in the next time I’m here.

Worst Panda Express I’ve ever been to in my life. Dry chicken, dry, unseasoned fried rice, and the rudest cashier. This girl was staring at customers signing the receipt to see if they tipped or not, if they didn’t she wouldn’t give them their utensils or a fortune cookie. I had to ask for them (black girl early - mid 20s).Yall need replaced with something else.

I do not recommend this place, they charge you what they want and when you look for an explanation of the bill they invent anything. Don't let them scam you! The food seems super

As soon as we arrived in the USA, it was mandatory for us to visit a Panda Express. We crave it all year round. A small deduction from the ambience - it's just a fast food restaurant.

I work here at the airport so I’m always looking for affordable eats that don’t cost a ton. Good food, friendly service, relativity small dinning area but that’s DFW in general. They are willing to split veggies and chow main. They always seem to have customers so expect to wait a few minutes. I was disappointed they quit offering water cups, as these $3 drinks can easily add 20% to a meal. As much as I want these workers to get paid well, I wish it was built in the price of the food vs asking for a 18-22% tip on the receipt. Chipotle does nothing of the sort and it’s an equivalent setup. To each their own, glad a “Plate” is still $11 before tip. Overall nice establishment will come here again.

Ots panda Express what else can I say. One of my favorite places to eat. Always a clean restaurant, staff is always friendly and professional. If you have never been I reccomend the honey walnut shrimp...its worth the uncharted. The sweet fire chicken is always a good go to as is the orange chicken.

Wow!! By far the worst PE I've ever been to. Food was over cooked, old and dry. Çhow mein tasted like dried out Top Ramen. The lady manager moved at a snails pace while just about everyone else stood around and followed her lead. They were out of a few items, I was told " we are done with those items for the night"... WHAT? There was a long line of ppl waiting for "fast food" and it took forever. They would literally serve 1 person, that person would be cashed out and walking away before they even started the next order. Minus (-) 5 stars wouldn't be bad enough. DO NOT go here if you are in a hurry. No sense of urgency or customer service at all. Absolute mismanagement. Yes I used to run restaurants I know what I'm talking about.

Employees absolutely rude and disrespectful. Manager the worst of them. Never got food and had to demand refund. They threatened with security. Totally unacceptable! Worst ever!

Not as bad as everyone says. Been here a few times, the employees were so much nicer than the last time.
