We chose to go with Panini for our wedding cake after having it at another wedding. We are SO glad we did. We called and got a tasting box from them and then decided to book. I will say that things run a little more old school (not a bad thing but just something to be aware of) in that you take money by in person (check or cash) and you do the consultation over the phone when you're discussing your vision for the cake. We emailed over some designs that we liked and that was that! Our planner handled vendor communication in the month leading up to the wedding but the cake came out beautifully - exactly what we asked for. We opted to do a faux cake (with a real piece for the ceremonial cake cutting photos) and then sheet cakes in the back. We chose to do three flavors (they were all that good that we couldn't decide). We did the strawberry butter cream, white chocolate mousse with raspberry and the cappuccino mousse to pair with the espresso martinis we were having through the venue. I cannot tell you how many compliments we received on the cakes. SO MANY people have asked me where we got them and raved about them during and after the wedding. Panini officially has a customer for life in me and my husband. I'm in the process of ordering a birthday cake from them now :).

I worked with Sydney at Panini Bakery to create a custom cake for my dear friend that’s from Alaska and asked if she could decorate a cake that looked like summer in Alaska. Not only was she lovely to work with, she NAILED it! The cake exceed my expectations, and the taste of the cake was even better!! We got their signature black velvet. Highly recommend!

My first time trying this bakery was 7/29/23.Pricing: Expensive: $90 for a 10 inch round. I bought it out of the display case and had them write happy birthday on it.Taste: The icing was too sweet. The cake was moist and had good flavor. The filling was tasty. The filling between the layers was a whipped strawberry filling that required the cake to stay in the fridge all the time. I wouldn’t buy this one again since I’m not a fan of cold cake. You have to thaw a slice out about 10 minutes prior to eating.Customer Service: The old lady was super nice. The other two ladies were not rude but they were not super friendly at all. I think the other two ladies were the owners.Would I buy again: Yes, I would just do an actual order the next time to get a different icing and filling.

We picked up a 6” strawberries and cream cake for a birthday. It was the best. This cake feed 4 adults and 2 kids. Everybody was wanting more when it was all gone. Highly recommend.

I ordered a cake for myself. A cappucino cake. It was ready when promised and stunningly delicious. Finding a good cappucino cake is not easy around here. I 100% recommend this place to one and all. Unless you're on a diet, lol.
