May 2, 2024. Thought it would be a 'normal' pizza place, but it turns out it was quite upscale of a place.Pleasantly misleading from the outside.Probably best to make a reservation in advance, especially if you're a group larger than 3.

The food was fabulous. Our waitress would disappear for long periods of time. "Gluten friendly" is a phrase they use to sucker people in. They do not care about your allergy in the preparation of your food.Dietary restrictions: Again, they label it gluten friendly. The pizza crust was fantastic. However, I'm not certain it is 100% gluten free flour and I can guarantee they prepare it on a wheat flour surface and cook it on the bare oven deck like the normal pizzas.

Fabulous pizza.. the pastas were good too but I would go back mainly for the pizza! Service could be better.. it seems our wait staff was new/temp who didn’t know the menu as such.. didn’t have any recommendations when asked and was in a hurry...the interiors are not well lit and the dark walls and furniture doesn’t help the situation.. but no complaints about the food at all!

You know sometimes on TV shows they have a good hangout spot, well this place felt like it, a neighborhood favorite with a comfy, warm inviting atmosphere. It’s a cute place with 2 counters to sit and eat by bar and other by the beautiful pizza oven. The place was busy but not overly crowded. We were waiting to get seated at bar and we asked if we can order a drink from the bar. We looked through the drink menu and couple of the wines were out of stock, this is Friday night and early at 6pm. So we decided on a bottle of wine, the staff said they can’t serve it to us, since we are sitting at the bar, bottles are only served at a table. We asked if they can hold the bottle behind the bar and serve us our glasses of wine up to amount that would equal to the size of the bottle. The staff said no, they can’t, we asked if she could ask and she never heard of it and did not ask. So we just let it go, we thought maybe she’s new. So we only ordered a glass of wine. We get ready to pay our tab and it took awhile to work the machine, then two staff were arguing about why she was closing us out since we were dining in and waiting for table. At that point I already wanted to leave and go elsewhere. But my friend convinced me to stay since she said I keep wanting to try this place. So we stayed, got seated looked at menu, and order a couple of pasta dishes, salad and bread. The radicchio salad was delish, but the two pasta dishes were very disappointing. The bolognese reminds me of my childhood, when my dad would serve us chef boyordee, when he didn’t have anything to make from scratch. It did not taste like any fresh ingredients. The carbonara tasted like play doh. We were so disappointed that we couldn't finish our meal. Not sure if it was a bad night or we received bad batch. We were going to order pizza, but decided to checkout. What was suppose to be enjoyable Friday night turned into a disappointment.

Good pizza and pasta, though I found the dough to be a bit wet and the pasta to be a bit salty for my tastes

Horrible service, would not make a simple substitution. Smug attitude from manager. Use some common sense.
We were a little skeptical about this place but decided to try it. We were NOT disappointed!!! We ordered the Salumi Board for appetizer and everything on that board was absolutely delicious! I don't know how they make their house bread so it's so good!!!! For our main dish, I chose the Penne Di Parmagiano e Funghi and my partner ordered the Scarpariello Di Mare. They were both so good. I absolutely loved my dish. I never though that having pistachio over my pasta would taste good but I was wrong. I absolutely recommend this place. I look forward to dining here again next time I find myself back in Dallas. Check them out!

We stumbled on this place and it was packed, so we sat at the bar which was great service! The staff was kind, tentative and they gave great food recommendations. The pastas were fantastic fresh and authentic.

I am a pizza aficionado — eating it all over the world, as well as Dallas. I know it sounds over-the-top, but Partenope makes the best pizza I’ve ever eaten in my life. Service was excellent, too.

Had a really great experience here. The bruschetta was possibly the best I've ever had. The carbonara was phenomenal as well. The fried pizza was good, but I will try a regular style next time. Very relaxed atmosphere and food comes out rather quickly. I will definitely be back!
