What is the point of ordering online and giving a 15 minute time estimate and then taking over half an hour to even start working on the order. Hire more staff or don't have an option to order online. This is ridiculous

I was visiting an employee in Dallas, and we decided to grab lunch at Potbellys. I had never been to one before so I wasn't sure what to order. After talking with the team member at the counter, I decided to go with the half Farmhouse Salad, which was an excellent choice! We ate at one of the tables right by the restaurant so we got to see how crazy busy the restaurant gets at lunch during a work day! I'm glad we got there a bit earlier so we didn't have to wait. Nice experience, will try again at home.

From 10/23/23 to 10/27/23, poor training zero communication at the lemon avenue location of potbelly has poor unprofessional working environment Don't ever work tere They're cooking frozen cookies heating up sandwiches with no AC management gets upset over things that are done incorrectly in front of the physical customers I'm going to have nothing to do with management disappointment Management repeats this that they're frustrated as their bringing someone up and then in the same breath and Bobby management is stating that he's gone from being frustrated to being mad again with the physical customer that has nothing to do with it The same goes for the employee Addy she shouts out in front of physical customers when something goes wrong This location is bringing aggressive employees to work at this location, as I was being trained on the cash register they show me a couple of things not explaining anything to me One of the employees that are transferring to the lemon location I asked for help they hit the delete button it was my fourth day and still haven't been shown everything on the cash register mustache registers I've been on have a void button, that removes transactions not a button that says delete I was shown to hit the delete button when the cash register was frozen So then I'm under the impression it's okay to hit delete to make the cash register function I get yelled at in front of customers by Addy, then I'm asked to just work on sandwiches, a manager that came from another location keeps watching me over my shoulder telling me what I'm doing wrong Manager from another location introduces their name to me states that they are a manager. Gets mad because my gloves are greasy with junk on them so I don't shake their hand The same manager from another location tells Bobby I'm disrespectful and I'm not following direction Bobby informs me through text message and it's not a good fit I'm not going to work out I've been asked for direct deposit Bobby said to use the pay card I don't know how to use a pay card I've never used a pay card, I don't believe but it's asking too much to ask for direct deposit Unprofessional management

Normally fast online service. Just make real sure they did your order correctly before you bite into your meal. I get it, when your busy sometimes things get overwhelming and today was that day 1/3/23. Opening up the sandwich left a lot to be desired. Looks like it was someone's very first day on the job and maybe they have never made a sandwich and wrapped it in paper before. Very poorly and messy job. But I was starving for potbelly's since dealing with the normal holiday foods. After three bites into my normal sandwich that I have ordered for this location several times, something tastes "old or spoiled ". A look in the differen layer of this "wreak" sandwich... there it was... Swiss cheese!! Not only do I absolutely HATE cheese (all cheeses) it make me Ill. I called the store to voice my complaint and requested a refund for the uneaten sandwich that I was looking forward too enjoying since before Xmas break. The store employee , apologized and said the refund will take 5 day to process. I was glad to hear I did not have to bring the remaining parts of this sandwich back to the store for proof. After violently throwing it into the trash can, I would have hated to have to retrieve it or bring the entire trash bag to them. I will get it a few days to see if the refund happens or not. Now I just hang out closer to the restroom to see if what little cheese I ingested started to make me regret trusting the store staff to make my order correctly. Out of the several times I have ordered here, never been a problem, hopefully today is a fluke, but i will always double check for now on.

I went there with a friend for lunch, and my I can't wait to go back. Very country chic place and welcoming, the amazing food smell invites you in. The food is very fresh and scrumptious Their Peruvian steak sandwich and potato salad were the best, so delicious!!!

I’m a student at a college in downtown so I come here for lunches they are always so nice and get my food to me so quick! The ladies at the front are always so nice! It’s hard to find good customer service in todays world and they go above and beyond. They do great for being super busy too. Not to mention the food is always up to standard!

Great unless ordering through delivery apps. You will get the sandwich but that's it. No drink, no chips etc. this has happened on my last three orders. Luckily Jimmy Johns reopened downtown. They understand the complicated process of reading an order and dropping a bag of chips, and a 20oz coke in a bag.
