Local is located in "The Dining Room" within Garibaldi Bazaar.This is the second time I come and I had to lower my rating. The table they gave us was dirty. The waitress was friendly but we only saw her when she took our order, when she brought us the food, and when she brought us the bill. He didn't come to check us out when we ate.
