visited Roti today because I worked in the area and I have gotten into Mediterranean food more recently. They have a build your own style here with either a bowl, pita, or salad base. I opted for one of the prefix options as it's my first time here. I tried the harasa Chicken bowl and it was very good. They offer free pita bread and it was amazing. The worker, Kokeela was very nice and offered to help me throughout the process and introduced and suggested good add ons. They have plenty of seating and it was very casual atmosphere inside. I was here for lunch and most everyone ordered to go.

Definitely don’t pass on checking Thai place out! Was looking for a quick healthy lunch so stumbled across this place and that’s e a what I found! The lady behind the counter, V from Chicago, was the absolute best and guided me around the shirt but refined menu and all options in it. Was unaware, until she lent her expertise, that they had cauliflower rice and that hit the spot for my low carb lunch goal! Got the zaatar chicken and a vegetarian option to-go for my friend that were both absolutely delicious. Their hot sauce is definitely a winner too. Place is super clean, excellent design, and definitely demonstrates a lot of and attention to detail behind the concept. Thank you, Ms V, for making my first time one to come back for!

I stopped by here for a late Sunday lunch. Walking in, we were immediately greeted by the staff in a friendly manner. What a great welcome! I was craving a delicious Medditerranean wrap with fresh veggies, hot crispy falafels, and a good sauce. On the menu was a new pita - the Sultan Pita - EXACTLY what I was craving for. Due it to being later in the day, they asked that we wait a few extra minutes so they could fry up the falalfels fresh - they wanted to give us the best quality food. While we waited, we had some of their fresh organic juices. I got an mix of organic sweet tea and organic lemonade - so refreshing! As we were enjoying the drinks and catching up on a bit of work, they brought over a beautiful, colorful pita filled with pickles, falafels, colorful carrots and purple cabbage and topped with a delicious sauce. The smell of the food was amazing and the presentation delectable. The pita bread was soft and slightly spongy with that right amount of chew - like freshly baked bread straight from the oven - IYKYK. It was exactly what I was craving for plus more. I didn't take a picture; I had waited to late in the day so I was on the verge of hangry and dove right into the pita. I enjoyed every savory bite. I'm full but not stuffed. Definitely satiated. Thank you for the kind service! We will be back!

We ate at the Preston hollow location today for the 1st time. The food and service were fantastic! The iced tea and juice's delicious too! The assistant manager Kokeela had a beautiful smile and a attitude to match! She was so friendly and kind! Thank you for the great lunch and customer service! Will definitely go back!

This place is GREAT. Like a Mediterranean version Sweet Green. Similar to Cava. The flavors are amazing. Portions are perfect. Prices are very reasonable for the fresh ingredients. LOVE LOVE LOVE!

Been here a few times and the food is always great! But this review is more to compliment an employee. I had placed an order online for a family meal and I accidentally selected the wrong date so I called the restaurant and spoke to Verrinda. She was extremely cheerful and she happily took care of my problem! Then when my husband went into the restaurant to pick up the order, he said she was again very friendly and helpful! Thank you, Verrinda, for not only being a great employee but also a nice human being! :)
