Saint Rocco’s is my go to place for great food, service, and relaxing conversation, and live music on Tuesday nights

Service was extremely off. We waited about 15-20 mins before anyone came to our table to ask about drinks and then took longer to receive them. Everyone around us had bread and drinks within minutes of sitting. Our entrees came out staggered and then as soon as we received the second entree, we were asked if we wanted to go boxes. They forgot shrimp on one entree and after we had finished eating half of it, they brought the shrimp that was supposed to be in the pasta dish. At least the food was hot.

totally bad experience. Had to leave before the entrées arrived. Once we were seated by our less than gracious hostess, one look around and we could see that this was not gonna be a fine dining experience. Way too many T-shirts and baseball caps, it took the waiter an exceedingly long time to get there, they sat us at 2 top in the middle of the restaurant and I would wanted to be closer to my date as it was a special occasion so I asked for a four top, the late frustrated Waiter stated , “you should come with four people” The appetizers were tasty, but it took forever to get them. The overpriced drinks tasted like that someone poured them out of a can. With the waiters attitude and everything else being a failure, we decided it was too much, asked for our tab and departed. I've never been treated so shabbily Byer even though I'm sure the food was going to be good. I will not be returning. It wasn't worth the price.

Overall, the food is on point. Sadly, the service was pretty much subpar and non-existent on our visit. It was my wife's birthday and the waiter, while young, was just rather inattentive to our table. Then, to my astonishment, there was an automatic 20% tip included on our total. I understand a large group, but for a family of five, I was kinda taken back. Honestly, the waiter didn't deserve a 20% tip based off the level of service we got. However, I would had given it to him. But, to have it forced upon me was rather unprofessional.

I attended this restaurant for date night and was thoroughly pleased with the quality of service. Our waiter was amazing and attentive. We had a few errors on our meal but they quickly accommodated and fixed those things. I can't wait to go back

The wife and I went on date night Saturday. I got the chicken Alfredo she got the pepperoni pizza. For 23 bucks the pasta was such a small portion, really didn’t fill you up. The taste was mid at best. My wife’s pizza was flat bread that I’m sure was cooked by chef Mike(microwave). The crust was soggy and not crunchy. Overall very disappointing for an Italian restaurant. Will not be returning ever. If I ever get an Italian craving, I’ll just go to Olive Garden. I will say that their bread was delicious nice and toasty on the outside and soft inside. Thats how their pizzas crust should have been.

Food was OK service wasn't good at all. Server took our order forgot about it my wife soup came cold because the server was attending other people with the cooking table service they have. I would suggest they make some servers to attend guest and whoever order the table service have separate servers for that service. We never got food or bread and was there for 30min with nothing. THEN came a manager to get involved which he had a lil bit of a attitude. WONT BE COMING BACK. NOT ALL PLACES ON TIC TOK ARE GOOD TAKE THIS ONE OFF THE LIST

Beautiful restaurant and beautiful dishes. The polenta was creamy and the perfect consistency for the most tender roast! The sausage cavatappi is next in line of my favorite dishes here. The food is always on point! They also make a mean lemon drop martini here!

If you love authentic Italian food with great atmosphere this place is for you. Appetizers were to die for, had the calamari and mussels which were is a very unique sauce. The main courses were well portioned, I had the seafood linguine and have to say it’s the best I’ve had in Dallas. Great drinks, if you’re a bourbon lover, you’ll love this place. What made the night was the service, Manny was excellent! He was there right when we needed him nd ever so helpful. We’ll be back for sure. Thx for a great night out dining with friends. We

We had to wait a while to actually be sat at our table despite having a reservation but the food, drinks, staff, and ambience were all amazing! Visiting from out of state but hope to come back someday.

Couldn’t even wait to take pics because the food was soooo overwhelmingly delicious! I can’t believe this place isn’t more widely recommended when searching for good Italian restaurants in Dallas. From the moment we were greeted by our server Tori, the service was impeccable. Sitting on the patio, surrounded by traditional decor and music, truly transported us to an Italian getaway. Not to mention, parking was a breeze. Highly recommend for a delightful culinary journey! Don’t leave without trying the meatballs or the burrata appetizer!

We visited this restaurant as a group of four with two people from Brazil. The atmosphere is great for classic Italian including hundreds of black and white photos, white linen, and music to complete the environment. Service was excellent. The server mentioned they have a second floor and a rooftop bar available on the weekends. We will definitely be back to check out the upper levels. Please understand before I make the following comments that I am pretty serious cook, make my own bread, and my own pasta which I roll through a hand crank Italian pasta machine. I hope this doesn't come across as a complaint but more of a comment, I rated the food 4 stars out of five because of the price. I ordered your basic spaghetti and meatballs, which I rate nearly as good as my own. I do not feel that the meal met my expectations for the price (I think spaghetti and meatballs were $25). Another comment, not complaint, was that we visited this restaurant on National Ravioli Day, and they were not aware and did not have any ravioli specials! We were hoping that they would have something going on to celebrate the Day. Bread is excellent, made locally to the restaurant's recipe. Will order items I don't normally make myself on the next visit and update the review.
