Where to even start?! This restaurant staff is beyond rude and full of attitude. We ordered 3 pizzas and one of them was the marghetrita pizza and they forgot to put basil on but still brought it to our table. So I went up to the girl at the register and told her. She said that they forgot to put so instead she brought fresh basil and put it on our pizza - huuuuge food and health violation lol also - the basil is suppose to be cooked into the pizza not just placed on the top. SMH. Also the pizza isn’t even that good. So don’t waste your time coming here. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else. Lol the service sucks and the food does too.

My vegetables weren't roasted in my Roasted Vegetable salad. The Brussel Sprouts were a bit cooked. Good thing I like raw veggies

I love Sauce Pizza & Wine and was so excited when it came to Dallas. Unfortunately this location is such a hit or miss that it's not worth the 20 minute drive anymore. I always order the mac and cheese and 4 out of 5 times it's got such little cheese sauce that it's just macaroni. The bruschetta is so sloppily put together that I end up reassembling it myself. The pizza is okay, but I can get better pizza closer to home. Just a disappointing location.

Just me so the pizza would've been too much so I try the mozzarella & meatball sub. Yummy! So surprised that they were not busy. So clean and cute. The bun was amazing so I'm sure the pizza is too. I'll be back!!

Used to be a great place. Then C19 happened & I think they just do enough to stay open. Food quality seriously dropped. Different employees each time we went in (either a sign of high turnover or keeping hours so low to not offer benefits). Won't be returning. Sad cuz it was a 5 star favorite at one time.

LOVE that they have a Sauce in Dallas. Got hooked on this place in AZ, moved to Dallas and have already gone here 3 times. I’m fully hooked on the prosciutto & fig pizza but you can’t go wrong. Best fast casual restaurant there is.

We have visited all three locations (sadly the Irving location closed) and have never been disappointed. Superb service all around. We have tried most of their menu but highly recommend the lasagna, soups and sandwiches as well. Their cookies and sweet tea exceeds in taste with any other pizza chains. My family does wish to have the Irving location back but we understand that COVID may have been a contributing factor. Always friendly faces for greetings and farewells when we arrive and leave.

The food was so disappointing! We have been eating here since the day this place opened & the past 2 times has been terrible. Our pastas barely have any sauce & my tummy ached afterwards. I ordered a full size spaghetti & it was the same size as our side dishes, we had missing meatballs from each dish... None of us liked our meals tonight. The chef typically makes ours extra spicey & I was informed they no longer do special requests! This was a fun & Great place for the past few yrs, since opening but is now under new management.

Worst pizza I've ever had. Ordered two kinds via Uber eats. Thin was so micro thin you couldn't lift it. Has a terrible salty chemical taste that's just awful. Wish I had my money back. Yuck. Never again. Just unbelievably terrible and gross. Wth is that taste? This must be what evil tastes like. So gross.

After a very rainy day, we ordered Sauce via DoorDash. Our order never showed up, but the driver (who could barely speak English) kept making excuses why our order wasn’t here. I called Sauce, spoke to Dash, and she said he picked up our order more 45 minutes before I called. I was so frustrated, but kept my cool with Dash because she was doing everything to make it right!! Even though I know it wasn’t the restaurant’s fault. She remade our order, got us a refund through the DoorDash app, and totally took care of us. She showed what great customer service is all about!!! Dash, I appreciate your understanding and taking care of us! You’re the best!!!

I had eaten here once before and enjoyed the experience, so we placed an online order for carryout a few weeks ago. Unfortunately this time my experience was very poor. I received notification via text that my order was ready at the promised time (a reasonable 35 minutes after placing the order on a busy night). But when I arrived and went inside it seemed the staff didn't even have my order. After waiting for several minutes someone finally came and told me it was coming right out, and to wait outside and someone would bring it to me.I then waited outside for over twenty minutes, without ever being given an update. Finally I went back inside and after five minutes or so was able to get someone's attention to ask about the status. This person was very helpful and started tracking down the components of my order, some of which had been ready for some time it seemed. Still I had to remind them of two items in my order that weren't there.Once I finally arrived home the pizza was no longer hot and I had to reheat them in my oven. I only live about five minutes away.Following this experience, rather than come directly here to leave a negative review, I contacted the company directly via their webpage. I never heard back, but they did sign me up for marketing emails, which I didn't request. I sent a second follow up email a week ago to give them a chance to respond, and still have heard nothing. This is very unfortunate was they have good pizza, when it's hot.

The bruschetta was absolutely delicious, some might find it a bit oily but I loved it. The pizza on the other hand was underwhelming. The prices aren't too bad and the atmosphere was fine.

Okay so came here 20 minutes before they close and the doors were locked. It's a Saturday which they close at 10pm, they even have a sign that says they close at 10pm on their front door. I knocked and 4 employees just ignored a customer. If you close at 9:40 maybe you should put a sign on the door and website that says you close at 9:40 on a Saturday.
