This is the worst Schlotzskys I have ever been to in my life. The owners could care less about good quality or their food ! We got really bad food there. For the price you pay the least they could do is actually put something between the bread . They were horrible ! I live ten miles from the restaurant. When I explained to the Asian woman that I rarely make it to their location she said the next time you come back just bring the food back with you. I explained to her that it would be two or three weeks before I could. She said no one complains about their food . Which is lie. I did a Google search and they Barely have 3 stars and 90% of the complaints were about the rudeness of the owners and the staff. My cinnabon was hard as a rock. I Will never go back to this place. If you do you are a fool ! Rude Owners who could care less about anything ! I hope they go broke!
Worst Service Ever!!!! The old asian lady working the drive thru was very rude, inconsiderate and came across to me that she didn't like her job or even the customers that came there, when I told her that I wouldn't ever come back there because of the way that she treated people she even had the audacity to throw her hands up in the air and was like ok whatever, where I come from the customers are always right and get treated with respect not rudeness!!!
