This place is "okay." It is noting special that is worth the hassle to get to this place. It is only convenient if you live within walking distance. If you drive there are only about 10 spots in the lot but those are shared with all the other business near by and one is a large office blvd. So there is never parking. Unless you use the underground parking which is $5.00 and they do not validate. Again, not work the hassle of going there. The food is "okay." The inside/outside is clean. The staff is polite as well, which is nice. WhatABurger is better IMO.

My biggest complaint is the parking--not very accessible; you have to go to an underground lot if 1 of the maybe 15 spots shared with the rest of the merchants aren't available. The food is always a 10/10 in terms of taste, but it's soooo expensive, and everything is separate. There are no combo meals it's all different prices. I love eating at Shake Shack, but I'd say drive an extra 20 mins and go to the one on Belt Line in Addison. I probably won't go to this location again unless I'm walking from somewhere else. But there's nothing my silly little review can impact with that... anyway, if you don't care about paying for parking, I think it's a totally fine place in a great neighborhood :)Parking: Not many free parking spots. You have to go down into a paid garage.

Ordered just fries at the kiosk, and waited 15 mins to get them! And I only got because I asked what happened to my order! Also, apparently, they didn't even know what my order was (they were basically asking me what was my order, like no cheese, etc).

Yard games and open space, perfect for a playdate.
Ordered through Uber eats.Took them over 30 minutes to finally get to the hotel.Everything else was closed in Dallas on a Sunday evening.But, the burgers & shake was delicious and burgers still warm. Just a testament to how good their preparation for take out is. Keep up the good work.
