I'm not sure what happened in the past year...this place used to be good. 4 out of 5 of my recent orders have been wrong. At the very least, I want all of the tips I've paid to be refunded. Please reply to this review with a customer service contact number/email so we can resolve this. Thank you
I was happy to receive my meal fairly quickly. The gentleman who took my order after I parked in a stall took my order correctly and the young lady who delivered my food was very polite and friendly. My medium onion rings were served piping hot and cooked perfectly...they were the best thing about my order. The Coney chili cheese dog tasted good but a whole lot of the cheese on top stuck to the wrapper. The unfortunate thing about all of Sonic's proteins are that they are served...read full review
