I'd give zero stars if the option was available. This Sonic has changed. I use to get fresh food now it tastes like cardboard and rubber. Like food (meat) just been sitting there. (Dry)! These burgers use to be juicy awhile back. Y'all need to hire some MEXICANS! I noticed wherever the Mexicans are working fast food, the food is going to be fresh! I’ve tried going to this drive thru before. These are the people who are “killing” sonic. I used to love going to sonic for breakfast but owners like these are ruining this place & need to go next door to Arby’s and learn how to run a real fast food establishment.
JUST PAID FOR A SONIC BLAST THAT THEY DOUBLE CHARGED ME FOR EXTRA OREO AND THERE WAS NO OREO BLENDED IN, JUST ON THE TOP. THE MANAGER WANTED TO ARGUE ABOUT ME GETTING SOME ON THE SIDE AND SAID SHE'LL REFUND ONE OF THE EXTRA CHARGES. OK, SINCE MY MOUTH WAS REALLY SET FOR THIS BLAST. THEN AS IM EATING ON THE WAY HOME IT HAS ICE CHIPS IN IT, UNLESS THE ICE CREAM IS FREEZER BURNED WHY WOULD THERE BE ICE IN IT? AND TO TOP IT OFF THERE WAS A CHUNK OF PLASTIC INSIDE OF THE BLAST AS WELL....read full review
