Best cupcakes I've had anywhere. Especially rich tasting are the ones with the rich chocolate topping. We brought a couple to neighbors who couldn't thank us enough. While the ATM is a clever concept, we found that if you go inside the store you benefit from a wider selection of sweets.

I love Sprinkles but I'm so upset that they don't take cash. My account, debit, and credit card were hacked on line. I went to get cupcakes for my kids and was told no cash payments. It was embarrassing and frustrating. It was absolutely not ok and I won't return because of it.

I’ve been to other locations and didn’t have a bad experience, however this location was less than stellar. The lobby was not super busy at all, I was 1 of 3 customers inside, and they messed up my order, forgetting to put some items in my bag. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize until I was home and wasn’t about to go back; called and of course so automated couldn’t get anyone on the phone.

By far, this is honestly the BEST cupcake I've ever had in my life!! When I first seen it I think it was gonna be too much icing or the candies were gonna be too much for my liking but NOPE it's perfect. It gave me chills every-time I took a bite (hold up, that's the greedy talkin) LOL, so worth it. I want this place to make me a wedding cake for my imaginary wedding :)

The atmosphere is off since Sprinkles Ice Cream is no longer next door, but the ATM is a plus. This location has a bunch of cool places surrounding it, so an all-around nice location.Today I got the Christmas Cookie Cupcakes and the Cuff Cake which are absolutely delicious. I'll be back!
Wow how the mighty have fallen. Sprinkles was the one that came up with the $5.00 cupcakes years ago. Their claim to fame were the thick layers of buttercream frosting on top. Well no more, a very very thin layer of frosting is now placed on top I guess to save on food cost. You can see the very thin layer on the attached picture. It also tasted like they went cheap on the cake ingredients. It had an odd taste and so dry it could soak up white rock lake. Go to small cakes they have lots of frosting and are so much better. Sprinkle's should be ashamed of themselves???

They have a vegan red velvet cupcake and it’s delicious! I am looking forward to more flavors like vanilla, caramel and strawberry. The ATM is pretty easy to operate.

Okay cupcakes. I tried the cupcake ATM located here and I think it's something I will only be doing once. It was a cool gimmick, but I can't imagine ever wanting use it again. The dark chocolate cupcake was pretty moist, but didn't really enjoy the icing nor how much there was. Overall, it was a decent experience.

This review is solely for the matcha yuzu cupcake! Which is now sadly not available until the next time they decide to make it.Matcha yuzu was pretty good! The matcha cupcake itself was moist, but I would say it almost tastes too matcha (like eating matcha powder). The yuzu icing added a nice citrus flavor and the sprinkles on top gave it a good little crunch.Location itself doesn't have seating and parking may be hard in the plaza during busy hours.
