I have been going to this location since its grand opening. They have gone though a lot of really good managers over the years. The ones they have now are strong go getters! I always feel welcome by them. Sometimes the baristas are a little less inviting, but the coffee is always good.
Call the names out louder! There's Christmas music playing loudly, 20 customers talking, and the baristas call out the orders in a barely above whisper volume. If you're not standing RIGHT THERE by the counter, you won't hear your name called out. Don't be shy, speak up!

Starbucks at Preston and Frankfort is one of the best locations in Dallas. The quality of customer service is first-class. This is probably due to the store manager, Andre, who really cares about his customers. Rudy is his right-hand man and does an excellent job as well. There are other Starbucks locations where the customer service is horrible, specifically the Starbucks at Beltline/Quorum and the Starbucks at Midway/Beltline.
