If I could give this place zero stars I would , The person at the drive-through does not know how to ring in items properly And then will catch an attitude whenever you tell them it is wrong and then expect A TIP??? At the window ????My drink was wrong and hot (it was supposed to be an iced drink)

I wish I could give this Starbucks 0 stars. I don’t even know where to begin. Meeka is the rudest person i’ve ever met. I’ve never had problems when I used to come I don’t know why someone would make her manager because I can tell she doesn’t manage correctly. It’s actually really sad because I used tolove coming to this Starbucks maybe if management changes it could improve.

Clean, cozy and quaint. I mean it's a tried and true model but the atmosphere is created and directed by the staff. This store has a solid one.

I always come here and my favorite barista is Alicia . She usually there in the afternoons. But I went yesterday and there was a short black girl, who I seen a couple of times . To be honest she does not know how to make good coffees. Every time I would ask for a drink she would say “Oh we don’t have it “ or it’s “out of season “ . When a day prior I had bught that drink at Starbucks and it was still on menu. She also had AirPods on . I don’t know if that was the reason she was not focused . It seems like she does not even want to be there and just wants to make the top easy choice coffees. … not going there any more when she is working .

the barista this morning was more concerned about finding the right song in her phone than making our drinks....22 minutes later and after listening her receiving 3 phone calls and her mad at the 3 callers for interrupting her songs and constant texting she turns around and says here......we tell her that not what we order .....youve got to be kiing right? we left with no drinks and 22 precious minutes wasted. did she care? nahh she grab a wood chair and started to sign along her song...
