Very odd interaction with the barista tonight on 12/4/23.. came a few minutes before closing, didn’t realize they were closing. First thing they say instead of welcoming me is that they were about to close. I apologized and ordered my drink seeing as the store was STILL open. The drink was made incorrectly and when I asked for her to fix it she didn’t want to and told me that she would only if we left immediately. I was shocked by her response to say the least. What did she think, that we were going to stick around knowing they were going to close? Very unnecessary and rude customer service. I work in the neighborhood, literally just a few doors down, and if I ever treated a paying customer that way I can kiss my job goodbye. Never returning to this location again. Should definitely retrain your employees on their attitude and service.

I love this location, and wish I could go more. They never mess a drink up, and Gretchen is by far the most kind, she makes you feel like a person, even at 6am! The experience is really all because of her!

I want to be constructive but this was a embarrassing Starbucks. The employees weren't labeling drinks, a few employees were so incompetent I honestly felt better watching them do no work and laugh in the corner than have them handle my food. To top this all off the cashier didn't know how to work a credit card and forgot to have me pay until I mentioned it after my food had been prepared. I strongly recommend the owners and management of this Starbucks evaluate their staff. Lastly the kind older white lady was actually helpful.

I love Starbucks, and i go to this location all the time just because of how close it is. Today I went in at around 4 because I had a sudden craving for it. When it was my turn to order I got a caramel Frappuccino with dark caramel sauce and sugar free vanilla syrup, not that complicated, right? Well apparently it was for the baristas, the cashier took almost two minutes to understand the difference between dark caramel sauce and caramel syrup, When i sat down at a table I looked back and saw the male barista staring and laughing at me. I don't know why he thought is was appropriate to openly laugh at a customer. when he put down my drink I saw him attempting to hold in his laughter. I have never been so embarrassed I almost started crying. I made eye contact with him as he laughed at me through the window.
