Came to grab my coffee fix along with a little morning snack, customer service was A1! Was a long line in the drive thru but I didn’t wait more than 7-8mins. Everything came out perfect ??
This is my go to Starbucks. Mobile ordering, drive thru pick up. Never had an issue here and they are always friendly. The last time i went i unfortunately ordered at a different location. I didnt catch the man working the window but he very kindly checked my order and made my 2 drinks. I was having a horrible day and that really helped end it on a good note. Sir, if you ever see this thank you so so much.

I really love Starbucks but it seems like all the Starbucks in Dallas, at least that I visited, are overcrowded and slow the service is terrible at most of them so be prepared to wait a long time for your drink a lot of times people order ahead of time but it makes for very long waiting times for people that just show up. I don't know what the cause whether it's that they're so busy or what.
