With 3 people working, I had one drink and was the last to get served after 3 other people walked in and got served first... Sad never had a bad experience ? it wasn't even busy ?... This is the second time...
Tried to mobile order and it was lost , things happen okay I go up there order my drink with oatmilk wait patiently and when I got it read the label and it was made with dairy milk. Went back in asked to remake please and they did with dairy again… when asked they seemed upset that they had to remake it a third time but wouldn’t have happened if they paid attention to the orders and not rush through them. Gone downhill! Used to be great but now they blare the music, (shouting rap music) and today they put an inch of whipped cream at the bottom of my frappucino. Did they run out of coffee? Hoping they go back to how they were!
