We came to this subway at 10:18 am. today, September 13th, with 4 costumers. We pointed out that we have a court appointment, and we would like to order 4 big subs. The lady was taking care of a customer. Before she wanted to serve us, she said that she would have to bake new bread and that she couldn't serve us because she was too busy. The restaurant was empty, guess why!!! Hope the manager has a chance to read this ?

Angie is very unprofessional and has no experience with attending customers w respect. Was very rude & asked if we wanted the meal we said yes and she only charged us a drink and not the whole meal. Apart from that was with a ugly attitude the whole time.

told this young man I wanted a chicken bacon ranch. The same one who made my order also rung me up. He charged me $3.00 for 4strips of bacon when there is a sub called the chicken bacon ranch, he tried to play d*** with me after he charged me. There was a hair in my food, the cookies I bought in a different transaction were cold and stale! He later tried to belittle me and make me feel d*** for being a girl claiming that I should know how to ask for a chicken bacon ranch. He refused to give me my $3.00 back and his manager or whoever he was on the phone with were speaking a different language I didn't understand and proceeded to tell me that they can't do anything about the extra charge. He then called me a d*** b**** in front of other customer and didn't seem to have any sympathy for over charging me, a simple sorry and giving me something worth $3 would have fixed his mistake but instead he chose to make me feel like an idiot.

The first thing when I walk in is the smell it was horrible at this point I am already doubting this, walk up to them and I see a guy stocking up the chips with home sandals, no socks and long nails and gets up to scratch his back at this point I am now walking out... Never again!!

Service is good here. But almost every time i come here. One of employees is always smoking cigarette by door and when she inside making sandwiche She kinda has attitude. Sometimes when i go she all over the place in and out of the door and on her cell phone? And prices are sky high. They now accept coupons.
