Slow service best describes this place. No one that I saw was 'giving it their all.'All customers are relegated to the self-service kiosks, which means everyone is involved in meal production. It also means that those who aren't proficient at ordering via kiosk are forced to figure it out on their own.I did witness a frustrated foreign man finally get some assistance, but it took a while. Placed an online order. Drove to the store. Arrived 15 minutes after placing the order and they still have no record of an order. The staff was immediately out of their depth and unable to help. Do not rely on the online ordering system, you will not get food in a timely manner.
