Honestly, overall, I'm pretty disappointed because my girlfriend and I have been coming to this Taco Bell for a while now. We've probably made at least 5 different stops at this location. And every time without fail we either are missing food or the food is cold. I'm just pretty let down at this point because we wanted this to be our go-to location since we live close by, but at this point we're going to find another one. The service is fine and the food comes out pretty quick but most of the time we get home and we realize we're missing one or two items that we ordered and this is a consistent thing unfortunately.

Got home and realized my husband didn’t have his card. Checked our bank and it was continuing to be charged at Taco Bell- the man working the drive thru didn’t give his card back when we visited earlier and used it on other customers. Called the store at least 10 times, no one answered. The situation was taken more lightly than it should’ve been and I had to contact corporate.

Pulled up after a night out ofc had to get something to eat and the lady working drive thru literally hid around the corner (as well other employees)and stuck her tongue out as if I didn’t see her Hiding ?? well I went to wataburger instead ? don’t hire ppl if they are not willing to serve at a time they are willing to hide out of sight from ppl.

I ordered tacos with just lettuce and cheese as toppings, so the geniuses at this location decided that meant I wanted no tace meat and just lettuce and cheese in a shell. Breathing must be difficult for them.

My time at Taco Bell was really bad, mainly because of Jessica. She was super unfriendly, making the whole visit awful. It's frustrating when you just want a quick and easy meal, but instead, you have to deal with her rudeness. Jessica's attitude totally ruined the whole experience, making it way more negative than anything good. They seriously need to reconsider having someone like Jessica represent their brand. Her unfriendly attitude completely clashes with the idea of a positive customer experience. Taco Bell should think twice about having someone with such a negative impact on customers.
