I am writing to express my concern regarding my recent dining experience at your establishment. I visited earlier today and ordered two items to take home. Unfortunately, upon reaching my destination, I discovered that my order was incomplete - one burrito was missing, and the other item lacked meat.I attempted to contact your establishment immediately to bring this matter to your attention. Regrettably, my calls were met with a consistently busy line, making it challenging to communicate my concern directly. As a customer who values the quality of service, it is disheartening to encounter such issues.I understand that mistakes can happen, and I believe in providing constructive feedback to enhance the overall customer experience. I wanted to bring this matter to your attention in the hope that it can be addressed promptly. My first review on Taco Bell...an establishment I've come to know since the 70''s. This is a place I have always enjoyed, especially during my late teens/early 20'sLet's face it, they delivered on cheap tacos+ on the go, and who doesn't enjoy that?!?!Felt an urge to call-out the #tacobell on Marsh (N of Trinity) in Carrollton, Texas. I've been mainly disappointed on the "Mexican Pizza" comeback, plus everything coming out of their "kitchen" is sloppy and just doesn't taste good. What's going on @tacobell ?

i go here every time i need some fast food during my shift and i’ve literally never had a problem as a vegetarian. not once has there been meat in my food when i request there to not be, which is kinda rare!not only that, i just now had the best nacho fries from ANY taco bell.they were fresh, crispy, and seasoned so beautifully that they had to have been touched by god himself. i just about got on my knees to thank god for the heavenly fries and i’m not even christian 10/10Vegetarian options: you can sub any of the proteins for a meatless option

Whoever was on shift making tacos around 4:30pm on 11/02/2023, deserves a raise.I have been to many Taco bells around the DFW area, but this one stood out! I usually order 4 soft supreme tacos and always just accept it for what it is. Usually I would get Tacos that were barely filled in or the proportions of ingredients would just be off. I could tell it was just someone who is just going through the grind and making tacos. BUT this time at this location felt different. I went home to consume my meal when I noticed that all the Tacos were perfectly made and can tell that whoever made them put a lot of pride in their quality of work. My kudos to the hands that put my meal together.

This particular location need a new manager and the staff. I always ask for fire sauce for my tacos and they never put them in my bag. The most interesting part is that they always say they did. Why??

Was missing 3 items , I ubered to get this food and to have to go back again and spend money I shouldn't have to for food that should of been bagged when it was handed to me is ridiculous ? then I call and phone keeps ringing. . Didn't have a ride to fix my order or a way to contact them. I'm so irritated ?

This location CANNOT get an order correct. We stopped going because of this and after a year we decided to give them one more chance and they failed again. They label nothing so it's impossible to know what is what without opening and rifleing though everything, they left out the main item (most expensive too) and two of the items were wrong! No less than 90% of the time our order has been wrong!Avoid this location for sure!!
