They said I had to sit in the drive thru again to get a refund or get my food. Waste of time. Just pay attention when I order my food and then I don’t have to come back!

Everyone seems depressed here, unfortunately. No joy in peoples eyes. It obviously gets passed on to the customers and food quality. What can you expect with low waged employees. Pretty sad.

How do you come to Taco Bell and wait 30 minutes for your food. Absolutely
Someone in the kitchen gets off on putting microscopic amounts of beef in orders. Went for lunch on 2-12-24 and 2-14-24. Got Crunchwrap supreme both times, the whole thing was lettuce and sour cream, I could only see the tiniest crumbles of beef but couldn’t taste beef. Just ate a $6 lettuce sour cream Crunchwrap both times. Ordered a beefy 5 layer, same story. Might as well have ordered a bean burrito for less $. This is the only location close to my house and it’s disappointing for sure

The guy working the drive thru was cool as hell. But the breakfast burritos were disgusting. Chewy as hell, and barely any filling. Worst breakfast burritos I’ve ever had

Look, it's Taco Bell. It's not fine dining and you aren't going for the ambiance. But I went to this location a little while back (I get a Taco Bell Mexican pizza craving every so often) and the drive-thru guy was great. He was really nice and provided A+ customer service. I wish I would've got his name so I could shout him out here.

This location really sucks. They don’t acknowledge the people that walk through the door and have you waiting in line for 10 plus minutes in line before they greet or take your order.

Terrell & John do not like service animals and have no regards ADA policy when it comes to asking about a service animal. John just told me to leave and didn’t evan ask me if it was a service animal. Terrell reiterated their anti service animal policy. I have a disability that I don’t want to show anyone about and with John & Terells continue disregard for ADA policy’s is alarming and they could get themselves and the store sued! ADA policy requires 2 questions1. Is this animal used for a disability. If yes2. What task does this animal perform. John didn’t care after I told him the task and asked me to leave. Btw my dog was by me and sitting by my side the whole time.
