First visit in 30 plus years. This was my favorite fast food Mexican when I lived in Garland. Still good.

This location customer service is lacking. I went in there was only one other customer, I don't think there was anyone in the drive-thru. When I walk up to the counter there is no one there. Not a big deal I waited then I finally said Hello twice. I do not have a soft voice. Nothing. It sounded like there was someone in the office which was to my right behind me. I just kept hearing a rustling sound. Then, an employee comes she has on a headset for the drive-thru she looks at me I smile and say "Hello" she says hi back and walks into the office and starts talking to whoever was in there. I waited for a bit maybe another minute and then walked out. If they weren't able to service me right away for some other reason because they were not busy at least acknowledge me and let me know. To just ignore me totally unacceptable. I like Taco Cabana but I will not be going back to this location.

I don't know if I've just outgrown it, but I used to kind of like Taco Cabana. After having it recently, I don't think I'll be going back. Like if you're hungry and nothing else is available, it's not going to be bad, but I can't think of a single reason to want to go there.

Well let's see...I usually can't stop to eat here bc they don't take either Google/Apple Pay. Today however, I actually had my credit card/debit card and so I pulled in excited to have taco cabana breakfast tacos for a change of pace. I had a feeling she is breakfast combo and an extra order of tortillas. From within my order the only thing that was actually warm was the order of tortillas everything else was not just cold as in lukewarm. It was all COLD..,actually still cold as in possibly still from the freezer/fridge. And they've overcharged me toBoot. Argh...
Our take out order was missing several items. Street tacos came to me in a tiny portion of meat with no cilantro, no onion, and no lime. Also missing the 2 tortillas that were on the menu description. The other order was supposed to come with 2 crispy tacos and only came with one. Won't go back.

I had the enchilada plate and it was not a enchilada I don't know what they put in that enchilada and the lettuce was old .The rice was hard.That food was not like it suppose to be.I wasted my time and monet.Not ever again.
