I ordered a sausage plate all it comes with is a roll w/2 sides and nothing else…it’s 2 people in there the tall dark haired lady standing by a machine I’m not sure if she will take my order or not but she ended up asking after a few seconds…anyway I received my order I paid she didn’t give a receipt so I asked for it she got it and put it in my bag got home and found out she over charged me for the wrong meal…so basically she cheated me…I wonder if that’s what she is doing to every customer coming in there…who wants to get robbed by a restaurant that it’s your first time visiting? robbing their customers by charging them for the next higher meal so they can make a profit at the end of the day…that’s bullsit! I don’t believe it’s a mistake that she did that maybe but I doubt it…it’s my first time ordering from there and it’s the last time…thank you tall dark haired lady for ruining my first time meal payment…the food really was great but that’s how they do business there I won’t be back…2/19/24 Monday…

Tried the two meat dinner that had two sides, it was down home cooking! I’m a pulled pork person, and my husband is a brisket man. I stopped in one time to pick up dinner and this time I ordered the smoked turkey and brisket. Well that night was it, once my husband took a bite of the smoked turkey we were hooked. I told him I thought it tasted like Thanksgiving smoked turkey that my uncle cooks for hours an hours. It is delicious! Now don’t get me wrong. Everything else is great as well, but the smoked turkey is most excellent. Thank you, Texas. Best smokehouse BBQ. Y’all are wonderful. We are now big fans.??????
Just ordered 2 beef sandwiches and 3 tacos, 1.5 tacos were all fat, 1 of the sandwiches were fat. absolutely disgusting. not sure how this place has almost 5 stars.

I found this restaurant while meeting to pickup my granddaughter and am so glad I did. I have lived in Texas for 25yrs and had never had bbq that was that delicious. The meats were amazing and so were all the sides that I ordered. I wanted to try everything. The staff was courteous and friendly too. I will definitely be return here often. If you love bbq like I do I suggest you visit here.Vegetarian options: The sides were to die for. I had mushrooms, collard greens, Mac n cheese, and cornbread. They were all very good.
The woman who was on the night shift on 2/16/24 treated us in a rude manner, looking at us badly and the food was super cold and she was making it in a bad way.
Good food. The guy was friendly and helpful. I recommend it.
