I dined at Texas Spice two evenings during my stay at the Omni. The first evening I was so pleased with the kindness of all the staff I interacted with, and the food was delicious and there were other things I wanted to try, that I dined again before leaving. These were just genuinely nice, caring people and a great menu of food and drinks!
The hostess at Texas Spice was very rude. When we requested another table he turned in a bad attitude saying that he hadn't had another option. Then, we asked him another question and he answered us very reluctantly. Finally, he gave us a new table. This associate should not work at his hotel. He is not aligned with your philosophy. He couldn't control his temper and made us have an unpleasant time. This was around noon on Sunday, March 17. He never asked us what we needed....read full review

The atmosphere is wonderful in Texas Spice. I love the layout and how bright it is with all the windows.The food and drinks are delicious. Lavender mojito is a game changer and the burgers are just top shelf.The customer service is top tier, the staff are attentive, helpful and just made our lunch that much more enjoyable.It is expensive but worth the cost when they give 5 star service.
