Food was ok, but for Sunday during March Madness, there was one bartender and one waitress. Place was empty, I assume everyone knows it's a dying concept. Shame because the food was reasonably priced and on par for it. In this area, food needs to be very good.

This actually use to be one of my favorite places to visits. Anyhow, moving forward...I received a 50% VIP coupon last week and decided to go and feed my face. Long story short, it was NOT crowded but it took a few minutes to be seated and even longer to receive my food. While waiting on my food, I noticed 2 other tables sending back their orders which should have been a red flag but still I continued to wait. The waitress was too busy going to the back and checking her phone while neglecting to bring my drink which caused me to go get it myself. Spoke with the manager and he ended up giving me my meal free which was only a salad which is the only item that came out while I was there for 30 minutes. Just today, this morning - I received another 50% off VIP and I refuse to go. The staff is horrible and the service was a shame.

Great atmosphere, service and all the way around restaurant , it’s our family Sunday spot . As always steak medium rare (perfect) wife’s burger juicy and kids pastas 0 issues ! Thank you to the team for making our visit perfect each time !

The WORSE SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would never recommend them, they don’t have any integrity and steal customers money! I was completely robbed out of a Togo order. My money was taken and I never got my order. They refuse to communicate, and are mistreating me. I’ve never been severely mistreated like this in my life!

I frequent various locations and sadly this might be the worst one. The first time I visited, I was overcharged by the bartender who added a tip when I tipped in cash. I visited again to get the matter situated cus as a fellow service industry worker it’s necessary for me to give them another chance to fix the issue. Although, I spoke with the manager it was very hard for me to receive service that day, ultimately I just left cash and went about my day. Yesterday, I decided to give them a third chance which is completely my fault. I received decent service and tipped $15 on $10 cus I was aware that the bartender was training. But food poisoning due to undercooking chicken is where I draw the line. As a “test” location, don’t expect much. I hate giving bad reviews but there’s plenty of great establishments in the area that’ll service you better. Trust that this isn’t one of them

The food was good of course. You can't go wrong with TGIF food. But the bartender was the worst. I am a bartender. I sat there 13 mins before I finally called him over. There were just 2 other people at the bar and 2 in the sitting area. When did come, he gave me my water and took another 10 mins to take my order.

The parking lot was packed but the restaurant was empty. Seating time was quick. Sushi was good. Atmosphere was nice and quiet.We were charged for 2 additional large fountain drinks although the waiter said they were out of kids cups. I was given a “happy hour” menu with drinks and somehow when the bill came the drinks were not honored at the “happy hour” price. The manager did not come to our table to address or correct the issue and the waiter said she was not aware of the change in menu after recommending 2 different drinks. Family of 4 not pleased with management.
