We liked Grub burger at this location and we noted this new business. We tried it and were quite pleased. It had only been open a few days but our bartender (also the bar manager) Justin, was very friendly and attentive. We had the basic burger and the Italian sub and both were delicious. I didn't eat there so I can't comment on the food. I went there on Saturday night and we did karaoke. This place has the most extensive list of karaoke I think I've ever seen. Would definitely go again. The ambiance is nothing to write home about, but the beer selection was pretty good (my food rating is actually for the beer)

Went on a Saturday night. Completely dark and uninviting inside. The music was so loud that it was hard to hear companion and you could hear the music all the way down on both ends of the shopping center. Sat at the bar, waited 20 minutes with no greetings. Left for a different spot.
