I really enjoyed this place, Friday night - somewhere a 50-something like me could have a meal and drinks with 20-somethings. The Thirst Trap cocktail was a really sophisticated little drink: Botanist, Espolon, Cachaca, lime, jalapeno, basil. The jalapeno was very subtle. I had two and wanted more!! The thing that bothered me the most was they wouldn't give me a menu. Said I had to go online. I understand giving the QR codes for added convenience, but literally refusing me a hand menu sounds absurd. So I ate somewhere else. The Hef they had was meh. I'm surprised a place would actually make it difficult for you to give them your money. So ok I'll give it to someone who wants it.

Hit up The Libertine Bar for the first time in many years and it was bumpin. The vibe was cool but I remember this place being a little quieter. It was difficult to have a conversation with someone at the same table. All in all; a straightforward bar with good beer and good change in weekly cocktails.
