I took my 3 kids for my 10 year olds birthday. We were sat in a corner and pretty much forgotten about. We never received a kids menu and did not know about the potion drinks, until we saw other tables with those drinks. We were never offered the kids menu either with 3 kids, I had to ask what was on there. There was a lady going around making balloon characters and my kids were so excited, but she completely skipped our table and went to the one next to us. We then gave up wanting one after she continued walking around to other tables. When we received our food we asked for condiments and did not receive for 30 minutes and by that point we were asking for to-go boxes. When I asked about the magic show time our character waitress completely dropped her accent and was talking normally and my kids were disappointed in the “magic.” Lastly, I had told our waitress it was my son’s birthday at the beginning and after our meal we were brought the check and no celebration like other tables around us had received. Not worth the overpriced hype.

My picture of the food doesn't do it justice ? but I promise it was great. The service was flipping bomb!! (Like in a good way) Our waitress was amazing and she was joking with us and made us feel special. The venue is very cool and unique, for sure will come back. We did go on a very humid day and their AC was kinda wimpy so if you go I would recommend fall-spring time not Texas heat. It is extremely kid friendly but we had a group of 5 gals ranging from 24-26 and we had a blast.Kid-friendliness: Tons of kiddos, they had a lady doing balloon hats/wands/animals for tables and all the servers were in costumeWheelchair accessibility: There aren't any stairs unless you want to go see the magic show on the second floor and they do have an elevator but when we went it was out of order. So please call ahead of time if you wish to go upstairs (they do have a bar up there too)

The waitress who was dressed up as Harley Quinn on the night of 4/19/2024, was absolutely AMAZING!! She matched the high energy of my kids. She kept the drinks flowing, and the recommendation of the food was on point. The food was good. The atmosphere was great, but if your a germaphobe or claustrophobic, it may not be the place for you. The place smelled "old" and there were stains on the walls. The booths are amazing but did feel a little cramped. Other than that, the kids had an amazing time and thats all that matters.Kid-friendliness: The restaurant is geared towards kids with the different booths and the waitresses dressed up as characters.

I love this place. I go every year for my friends birthday dinners and I look forward to it every year. The characters are always so sweet and the atmosphere is so cool cause every time we go we sit in a new section.

Such a wonderful idea! I think it would be even more fun if the staff really got into their characters. But obviously, it's hit or miss. And when dealing with lots of kids, what more can you do? I got Forrest Gump. He was alright. But I don't feel like he knew too much about his life. I loved my UGLY potion! I stayed an extra day in Dallas to go here. Overall, it was worth it. It would have been fun to go with someone else, I went alone. But it is ABSOLUTELY an adult friendly place so don't be scared by all the reviews focusing on kids. Also, the food is pretty good! I don't know why so many other reviews knock it.

An expensive dinner that wasn't any good, my food was cold when we finally got the food, and the service wasn't any better.

After we paid, a roach crawled across the table. The server didn’t even say she was sorry, took the plate and never came back. Poison Ivy was subpar. I wish we would have had Harley Quinn, at least she had energy.

Super fun place especially if you have kids! Food wasn’t amazing but it was decent and very reasonably priced. My son loved the potion drink. We will bring back soon for a birthday ?

We didn't stay. my family couldn't take the old smell or the menu. the employee's where fine, super nice atmosphere was awsome for the 10 min we were there. My husband said burn that down and start over. It was more being bunched up so close to each other and the nursing home smell we couldn't excape.
