If you've never been and you're looking to go, then you definitely need to. Under rated. It can be expensive but you can pick and choose between the options to cater to your budget for a 5 star experience. Maybe do the cheese fondue, skip the entree and do a charcuterie board instead and then finish it all off with a chocolate fondue. Still a 3 course meal and a wonderful experience.Give it a shot! You won't regret it!

What an amazing place to have a nice quiet dinner! Aaron (I hope I spelled that correctly?) was the perfect server and was there when we needed him and left us alone when we wanted some privacy. He was very help with making decisions since my wife and I were both beginners here. Not sure if it was the manager, but she checked on us as well which was great. All the food was great and the dessert was the best! Will be going back again for sure!

This was the first time I ever experienced fondue and I urge anyone to just jump in and try it. The melting pot is the place to do it! When you do come, be sure to ask for Nora. She is knowledgeable, personable and willing to add the extra details to make the night special. Our experience was absolutely amazing and we cannot recommend the melting pot and NORA enough!!

A wonderful place for a special occassion! Per tradition, I came here for my birthday with my family. It had been some time since our last visit, but the food was better than ever! More than that, our server, Laura, made it an extra special experience to remember. Top teir, excellent service, and a delicious meal that I'm never going to forget. We can't reccommend this place enough! Come get some delicious fondue and ask for Laura!

They charged my card for missing a reservation I did in fact attend. I’ve called the restaurant 4+ times trying to get the charge refunded and each time I’m told the same thing - they need to talk to admin. What does that mean? I was there, I sent a copy of our purchase, and still haven’t received anything. They are essentially refusing to give me back my money. It’s been 6 weeks!

We celebrated our 5th year wedding anniversary there tonight and everyone we encountered was absolutely amazing. Our server Nora was the best we have ever had dining out. She truly took care of us and engaged with us the whole night! We usually celebrate there every year and will definitely ask for her next year. Thanks Nora for a wonderful and fun evening!

We went to the melting pot for dinner for Valentine’s Day late this year. I saw online there was plenty of reservations available and we didn’t know what time we would arrive so we went in. The lady at the front told us they were completely booked for the night. We went ahead and went online and got a reservation and the lady at the front just seemed annoyed at that point as well as the manager. When we finally got seated the server was terrible. Constantly grabbing our plates with food still on them and without asking if we were done. No attention to detail and felt like they were just trying to rush you out of there. Will look for another unique place to go in the future instead of here.
