Excellent food and service. Really great area. Old-School and upscale American food with a really innovative sushi menu and bar. Great wine and cocktails--this is a social Dallas central. Great for a gathering of friends, family or co-workers. Really great bar areas with tables and seating. It's not new, but it's old school cool.

The service was great but the noise and low lighting was a problem. Also we did not realize we had separate rooms to choose from and we thought the sushi was part of the main dining area. Our food was fantastic. We will be back but request either the sushi room or one of the side rooms. I have a hearing problem and the noise level actually gave me a headache.

We had reservations and were seated immediately upon arrival. Maddy was our server and he was great - very professional, friendly and told us about all of their specials and answered all of our questions about the menu. The food is delicious. We will definitely eat there again.

A memorable celebration of our wedding anniversary made special by the very attentive service of Tien and the others, the considerations of the management and as always the superior delicious food.

While the food was very good, it took over an hour to be served. Restaurant was busy and server and manager apologized but it was still way too long to wait for three basic meals. They did comp a wonderful dessert to make up for the delay.

I liked the atmosphere and interior. Place is appropriate for a nice casual or business meal. For the type of place and service it is a moderate to high priced place. What I was very surprised with was lack of options for vegetarians. Practically they do not have anything that caterers to people who choose to not eat animal products based dishes. I personally eat everything and my meal was good. I would recommend this place if you are not a vegetarian, if you are or anyone in your party is, choose any other place.Vegetarian options: No true vegetarian options

The service was very very poor which is usually not the case. There was a huge party of women near us that took most of the wait staff's time. We had to wait nearly 30 minutes for our cocktails. I realize it isn't the wait staff's problem...they were just understaffed. In my opinion that large of a party should have been in a private room away from the normal restaurant parties. Hopefully, this is just a one time occurance. We usually have very good service.

Don't get to The Mercury that often and had an appointment in the area. Took my wife to lunch and it was wonderful. The riggatoni with chicken was perfect. Pasta aldente, chicken perfectly tender, and the mushroom sauce was delicous.

Amazing food and over the top service, from the moment you pull up to the valet everything was outstanding. This is certainly the crown jewel in the MCrowd portfolio definitely will be back!

Food and service were excellent but I must share that my husband and I were surprised and disappointed to be seated in the sushi bar with all the families for Valentine's Day. Not quite the atmosphere we would have chosen. I can understand why you choose to put all the kids away from your main dining area, but you also put 2 couples in that room. We made the best of it as we always do but not the evening we wanted or needed after a busy week.

Ok. I’m going to post this even though it will no longer be my secret favorite restaurant in Dallas. The service. The bar. The cocktails. The sushi. The steaks. The crackling chicken. The whipped mash potatoes. I could go on.I will. The lamb chops. The Blackened Cod. The seared tuna. Did I mention a speak easy style sushi bar in the back. Freshest sushi in town. Tops Nobu and Oishi and Uchi hands down. And they always have a wine of the month for $99. Flawless. Ask for Monica at the bar. Tell em Buddy Sent ya!
