So my experience at the old Monk was interesting to say the least. The drinks were good, but the server was bad right away. I could tell that the workers were just not feeling the vibe and were really extremely rude when it came to ordering more beers I recommend going somewhere else where you get treated better and the settings better place. One of the waitress she was probably Hispanic or Asian. She was drinking and he can smell the alcohol on her breath messing up our orders she added someone else's drinks to my tab and it was extremely high, but I couldn't not pay because that's not ethical, and I have morals.

Always consistent, always great and your own corner pub. Huge rotational selection of beers, sours and ciders. Had the fried mushrooms and a flash back to the 80s of the best appetizer ever. Shared the mini chicken Avocado burgers and fries with my hubby. The grilled chicken was perfect and flavorful. Each burger had the right combo of Avocado and condiments. The skinny fries were crisp, golden deliciousness. The staff is efficient and friendly. I could spend all afternoon at the bar here. It's that comfortable.

Excellent service and even better food. The Ruben was one of the best I've had in DFW. Well worth a visit. I'll do the fish and chips next time

Miguel and Syd- Considering how crazing it is on St pats we have gotten AMAZING service. Food is warm, drinks are cold and the vibe is immaculate. 10/10

First, order the El Chapo shot. It's excellent. I had their Irish burger (which is just a bacon burger with Dubliner cheese) and it was AMAZING. We also ordered the beef stew (which was so good my friend wouldn't give me a bite!) and the fish and chips (which were huge and crispy). Highly recommend if you're in Dallas!

Food was great, service fantastic, heaters outside kept you toasty. Wish I knew dogs were allowed in the uncovered patio, would have brought mine!
