Bad customer service. I had order my food and waited 20 mins. Meanwhile, people who had order after me were getting their orders already. Also, one of the employees had an attitude.

Best to order ahead. But always a great value. Delicious chicken and great chicken fried rice. Love that the order is freshly made. My order stayed hot all the home in Waxahachie .

Semi-busy with okay speed of service. Friendly casheir\counter help with decent customer service skills. Quite a bit of Chicken sitting in warming case which was kind of bland and dry....rice was cakey. Building needs some tender loving care and repairs.

salutations, i would like to begin this review by stating my digital footprint is something near & dear to me. some of the things i say in this review may pose a threat to my employment, and this is a risk i am willing to take.viewing the menu online, me and my colleague were less than intrigued, but decided to give Mr Wongs Chicken and Rice a chance, as my comrade had seen the location "bumping" the night prior. this was our first mistake.upon arrival, we were incredibly underwhelmed by the stale, sticky atmosphere. the first thing i noticed was that fortune cookies were 11 cents. times are tough, i suppose.next, and this is a personal problem, they were out of dr pepper, forcing me to indulge in a diet coke.my colleague and i both ordered the monday special, which i admit was a splendid price! this came with 4 chicken strips & two sad scoops of rice. all of the food needed to be DOUSED in sauce-- soy sauce was used for flavor and concealment. through excruciating agony, we ate the food we foolishly decided upon.the further into the meal, the more infuriated i became with my comrade. how dare he recommend this stinky, dingy, hellish place to me for lunch! Mr Wongs Chicken and Rice is responsible for the current strain i am experiencing with my colleague. we returned to the office with the stench of the treacherous establishment. our coworkers laughed and gawked as we strolled to our desks, embarrassed of our choice of sustenance.with this all said, i would NOT recommend Mr. Wongs Chicken and Rice-- unless you like losing your friends, your job, your dignity and respect... stay away!
