Very rude employee answered the phone. I asked if I could cancel my Uber eats order. She told me they couldn’t do so even though Uber eats told me to call them to cancel it. I wanted to cancel because previously I ordered food from them that was rotten and didn’t want to buy it from their establishment again. They didn’t even start preparing it yet. It had been literally a few minutes before I ordered it. Not all pancake houses are built the same. Go to another location. This one is trash.

Maybe it was because I was Hispanic but I got horrible service . Server came only one time to check on our table . I wouldn't bot come back
Came in for breakfast before work on a Saturday. Place was busy, but I was still able to get a seat shortly after arriving. Lashante was very professional, and she provided exceptional service. Ordered the classic Benedict with a side of pancakes, and food was at my table 5 minutes later. Great portions, especially the pancakes as a side. The hollandaise was fantastic and the pancakes were to die for. 100% will return. Probably regularly.

I don't know how the food is I did not get to eat. The person that was seating customers refused to accommodate my disability which left me unable to sit at a table so I had to leave. When I told her I was leaving and why I was leaving she couldn't have cared less. Drove about 10 minutes away to a restaurant that was willing to accommodate my disability.
