great croissants and nice food. we had a lovely breakfast and returned for a really nice dinner.the pepper steak was perfectly cooked and the zucchini spaghetti was balanced. nice wine list with a good selection of French and US by the glass.it's rare to find a good French restaurant with well executed dishes and friendly, helpful service.if you're around Dallas give these guys a go you won't regret it.

The server was outstanding! But the food was terrible. The steaks were both full of fat and barely edible. The ambiance was strange with mall traffic as our view. Overall way overpriced for ambiance and food quality.
We went around 5 on a Friday and it was wonderful. Just a few couples in the restaurant before it got busy. The food and drinks came out prompt, we were lucky enough to pick where we sat. Absolutely wonderful experience 10 out of 10 would recommend.

The maitre d is wonderful and the staff is very friendly and efficient. You are never rushed and the food is 5 stars! We had family visiting and they loved Toulouse. Highly recommended!
Fantastic place to take your Grandog for a bite on the patio! Excellent drinks and food-lobster risotto was amazing as were the deviled eggs. Phoebe approves the risotto! Friendly servers and valet parking was easy.

Food was okay, but the parking was a nightmare. The construction congestion in the area made me 15 minutes late while I searched for a parking spot and/or valet. I will be sticking with the Legacy West location from now on.

For me to have a reservation, this restaurant continuously sits up at tables close to the kitchen and bathroom area. We have to look at the unfriendly staff coming in and out of the kitchen with scowls on their faces. The server was terrible she seemed extremely nervous. The food was served lukewarm. Not a lot of value for money spent.

Perfect brunch weather, sitting on patio watching people walk their dogs on the Katy Trail! Food was excellent, we always seem to start with the beignets. Can't wait to go back.

Made a reservation just for cocktails. Our server was Jaime and he was fantastic. The rose with the frozen fruit ball is our favorite. Great patio great weather great all around. See you next time.
