Whiskers is the epitome of "hole in the wall". But I'll go as far as saying this, they have the best catfish in all of dfw. Food is always fresh, they give you a little more than what you buy. Their seasoning on the fish and color are perfect! We've never had a bad batch! No lies told....go see for yourself.

I saw the reviews on this place and knew I had to try it. Tonight I and my wife ordered 10 pc catfish filets and 12 pc shrimp, both came with fries, white bread dill pickle chips, and pickled jalapeños. The service was so good the man behind the counter (I wish I had asked his name) was so friendly and even brought our food out to our car once the order was fulfilled. All this food only took 15 minutes until it was in our hands and stayed warm and crispy until we got home (about 20 minutes) and tasted incredible. The fish is well seasoned with a light kick suitable for most pallets, same with the shrimp and the fries have the best seasoning on them I've had in years. Shockingly though the house-made tarter sauce stole the show it was a perfect pairing with their fish and shrimp. All in all a 10/10 and we will for sure be back and probably become regulars.
