As usual in the poor Black neighborhoods customer service is terrible even if the mistake is on the server, to all you young and old Black women working this location or any orher, dont let your attitude stop yo grind, I was treated with disrespect after waiting more than 15 mins for my food, then I had to go back through the line, did not get the drink nor 12 gizzards, only given 10, the cashier was very rude and need some training in customer service or maybe its the neighborhood either way do not be a product of your neighborhood especialy in this area in Loop 12 and Buckner.

Ordered a family meal of 8 and got home and only had 4thighs. When I called the store to inform them the manager who answered stated that she bagged my order and that couldn’t be. But here I am and only had 4 pieces of chicken. I proceeded to tell her I never had an issue before with this location but she didn’t want to hear it. I will no longer be coming to this location I rather drive to Balch springs.

Came here yesterday on a Friday night everybody respectful and nice. Came back again today on a Saturday night different shift of people mainly the girl at the window with red hair.very unprofessional for no reason.

The food was good and not just forgot to add my peppers to my bag. Prices have went up a little though.
I ordered 15.00 worth of food and couldn't get the condiments required for eating it. Only 2 packs of ranch for 3 tender 4 jalapeño poppers and 6 gizzard. No hot sauce ketchup. The manager Fred was willing to lose a customer over ranch hotsauce and ketchup. I'm diabetic and shaking and this was the only food in the area.

We asked for a bag to put the box of chicken in , the lady didnt bother to put the box in the bag she still handed us the box and wave the bag it to my husband. Seem to me she or they had an issue over the bag i mean who would know the bags are only for chicken fried steaks

Either someone invest there sick, not washing hands, or they aren’t tempting foods properly because we all got food poisoning and throwing up and diarrhea at 2:30/3am ALL DAY long yesterday! It was horrible!Contacting the health department today cause we couldn’t move or talk other than running to restroom.
