Okay so I love Williams Chicken. But customer service is horrible. Rude for the sake of being rude. Everyone has bad days but like all the time. How? I wish the customer service matched the food. I really want my tip back as well. I order via do or dash and went to pick up the order and was greeted with the worse personality ever.

Dude I love this place. The owner (???) who works all the time is very nice. They always make stuff fresh. Their spicy chicken sandwich is my favorite!! I love their fries too. Great seasoning on those.

This will always be my go to Williams Chicken! The service is always great no matter what and unlike most other Williams’, they still season the fries. There is a wait most of the time but it’s well worth it!

It was good at one time on Kiest, but everyone can't fry chicken. The last year or two Chinese took over.
