Slow as molasses in this place.Update: on 02/19/24Decided to give them another try and man was I right the first time.Staff needs to be tested for drugs because they walk around like there on another planet!I ordered 24 wing family meal.She said “ok it will be about 18 mins”35 minutes later I go up to the counter and ask what happened?He asked my name….. and said,“It’s right here on the rack”How was I supposed to know when you didn’t call my name?He said “uhhhh I dunno”!!!!!So I didn’t ask they wouldn’t have told me!Employees need much more than training.Maybe lay of the extracurricular smoke breaks.Stay away unless you want cold food and spaced out responses.Worst establishment in farmers branch

Super tasty, juicy and crispy tenders! I ordered the garlic parmesan. It was perfect, buttery, garlicky and cheesy. The had a lot of orders and service was slow, but 100% worth the wait.

This was the best wing stop I have ever visited. It was surprisingly clean. All the tables were clean. The drink area was not sticky or nasty. Although the machine it’s self does need serious cleaning. The young teenager working there greeted everyone entering the store and every order was ready less than 10mins. The food was hot and fresh. We will surely be back. Love the staff for working together and getting the job done ?

It’s very hard dealing with the general public and still carry a smile.Today I stopped into this establishment and received the absolute best customer service. It truly was a breath of fresh air.This gentleman needs to train all new hires. I wish the owners & higher ups could see how well he’s representing the brand. He smiled a lot, provided superior customer service and set an environmental vibe. You could clearly tell he enjoys what he does.I don’t know this fella from a can of paint lol. But, every good worker deserves to be applauded often.I hope this gets back to him.Lastly, the kitchen crew were in beast mode. It was busy and it was impressive to see how well they were synchronized & organized. They operated like a well oiled machine.

Straight trash. Always serve the food cold. Ask for well done and still give it to you cold and soggy. This place reminds me of domino's wings. I think wingstop boils their wings now.
Really enjoyed my experience at this location. The staff was very helpful. Arturo was very kind and answered all my questions. Will recommend this store to all my friends.
