I have been regular to this place for more than 10 yrs, but just this past couple of 4 years I have been here maybe 2 or 3 times out of the year. The reason was because my sister found a dead cockroach burnt up in the fried rice. So I stopped ordering food for while from this place, then after 2 years I decided to give it another shot. The food is alright and customer service has always been a 9 out of 10, the owner of this place used to be such a friendly, out going person, but now he barely acknowledges customers and you can tell he is always in a bad mood. I don't recommend eating in the inside lobby or using the restroom.

Came in with my girlfriend and she ordered shrimp fried rice, which was pretty much just rice with a little bit of eggs in it and maybe 2 horribly tiny dehydrated shrimp. I asked them if we could get something else because there was basically just rice in the dish and they just said that's the way it comes, didn't offer to make it right or anything. The quality of the food here has really gone down since it switched ownership. Won't be coming back

The food is okay, I liked what I prepared but my friend’s orange chicken was bland and felt like it had been defrosted in the microwave and served as is. But customer service needs to improve. Only one way said hello, the cashier behind the register stared at us and didn’t even acknowledge us. Until I asked if he was ready for us to order.
