Great spot for sushi in the area, our waitress was extremely lovely and attentive. It's a bit expensive but it's delicious, you can taste the freshness of the salmon and tuna. We had a mix of cooked and raw rolls and they were both delicious. Please stop by if you are ever in the Bishop Art

We love Michelle and celebrating her as a woman business owner. We love Zen and Yuki was an excellent waiter. Thank you for a wonderful evening as we celebrated our 25th anniversary.

Only come here if you wantA) awful customer serviceb) disgusting, overpriced food that is not full filling in the slightest, orC) for the staff to overcharge your card after you leave, after leaving a small tip for their rude service.

The food was good but our server Karla ignored our table on a slow night. Once we got our food, she never came back and walked past us over a dozen times. She didn't even get our ticket right because she was never attentive to us. We will not be back.

I've been here 3 times over the years. I love that they have a vegan menu, and with several options to select from. The green dragon roll is especially fun if you want a wasabi challenge ?

I moved away from Bishop Arts in 2021 after living there over 10 years and Zen Sushi is one of the things I most miss about the area. The food was inventive and always fresh. I have never seen so many vegetarian and vegan offerings on a sushi menu and they were fantastic. For example, the beet xalapa roll had beets, jalapeño, and paper thin slices of lime and it was delicious. The vegetable Gyoza actually tasted like fresh vegetables, not just fried dough with indistinguishable mushy vegetables. The sweet potato roll, the tofu lettuce wraps, and the yakisoba were other favorites. The cocktails, like the blood and sand and others, were tasty. You know they do not use anything premixed. And the ginger crème brûlée with a hint of ginger and a crackly top was perfect. If you get a chance, go!

Nice place for a date. I enjoyed the green menu with plenty of vegetarian and vegan options. The vegetable gyoza was delicious and I'd go back again just for that. There was only one sushi chef when I went which wasn't a big deal for me but the waitress was very apologetic and attentive because of that. The sushi however wasn't the best I've had, it was good but not worth going back again to get.

This is my second time here! The service here is quick and not too many interruptions.i am so happy they offer so many vegan options! Pictured are For different rolls i have picked. This is such a great date night spot! No need to place reservations, we were seated instantly!

Less than average sushi, the wait staff experience bordered on plain rude and highly uninformed. I'm not sure if anyone here has ever had a real 5star sushi dinner to compare themselves to. I typically just don't review if its a bad experience but the rudeness got to

A nice little place to get some sushi! Lots of options for sushi. Have not tried the entrees but they sound delicious! A little on the fancier side so a good place to take a date!

This place is usually amazing... but since the summer hit it's not comfortable to be in here... too hot... I wish their A/C worked... my friends decided not to stay because of the heat. So it was just a couple of us that decided to stay... and I wish we left with them. I guess we won't be back till winter... thanks for the great service though...
