This Starbucks has a commercial look for the building and the employees that I saw never acknowledged me when I walked in. I had to wait about 10 -15 minutes to get some service. There was no sugar or half and half in the lobby for the customers to use.

Wish I could give 0 stars. They pick and choose when they open the drive-through and force you to come inside. Longest wait times I’ve ever seen; I work at a Veterinary hospital and we do surgeries faster than they make their coffee. We drive to Dutch Bros in Mt Belvieu and make it back home before they can get their order finished. Writing this review because we have been in the drive-through for 20 minutes waiting for one single Frappuccino made the standard way.

They made my Frappuccino exactly like I prefer . Caramel at the very bottom ~ not just around my edges because zo want to be able to slurp up all of my fat ? lol

Customer Service is bad. Sat in drive thru for a mobile order for 20 minutes and nobody answered.Service is a 1 star.

Do NOT try to work here. The music is blaring. I have never had music so loud at a Starbucks before. Sadly I work from home and like to have somewhere to step out to work, drink some coffee, and get a change of scenery, but sadly the loud music just makes it impossible to do.

It took almost an hour for a small vanilla frappe. That's way too long. I had my receipt so I went up to two of the workers that were chatting and I asked "have y'all started making this yet?" To which the lady replied "did you mess up?" I said what and she asked me if I messed up again.I didn't mess up on anything. Y'all messed up. You dropped the bar.This is why I don't go to Starbucks, cuz everyone's trynna act all bougie and stuck up. Have a nice day.The cashier was nice tho

Love this place! They make my drinks just how I like them and the customer service is great. There wasn’t much of a wait even with multiple customers in line. Great place for studying!

Ordered 2 of my favorite drinks. I order from all Starbucks tasted funny didn't even taste like it had coffee in it. They had expresso in them the drink was almost white. I drank half of one I threw up, so I threw them both away. The milk may have been bad not sure but for 17.70 I will drive to Crosby or somewhere else and not chance that again.I was the only one in the drive-thru took a very long time to get my drink more than 5 minutes she wasn't very friendly and when she started to hand it to me she went to tell me how much it was and said oh there's 2 and said I will get that started I paid and she was gone a long time I was there in parking lot at 8 pm left drive-thru window at 8:22 like I said before I was the only car there.

Terrible Terrible place you would think oh the line is long they are busy no no not at all they are taking they're time with 1 car and literally take 20 minutes to complete that order and will not even take the second cars order it's like 1 person takes the order and then makes the order go there if you have time to wait

Long wait no matter what time you come and always run out of something. I thought it was just the first few times I came, but this is all the time. Starbucks needs to hire more staff or definitely add more than just 2 people to the schedule!

Overall, with a few adjustments, it has the potential to be an even more enjoyable experience.
