The window attendent was really inconvenienced by my order. They took my card and handed me my order and I drove off to work. Near the end of the day I realized my card was missing. Remembering the mornings oder, I drove back to check for my card. The on duty lead informed me that they did in fact forget to give me my card back but can not find it. Upon writing this review I have yet to speak with anyone with authority. I can no longer get an answer or a call back. It was suggested to me to cancel my card which is a terrible inconvenience to change all recurring charges over to the replacement. Due to the negligence and lack of accountability I will not be visiting any Jack in the Box moving forward.

Don't come at night, my 7 yo daughter had fries that were rock solid, and the burgers were cold and nasty! Why have a job if you do not want to work?? Go be lazy and nasty at your home! How would you feel if y'all got the service y'all give?? Seriously gross and unacceptable!

Got 4 tacos....there was absolutely nothing but lettuce on them....
Doubt ill be going to this location again. Apparently closing at 12 means you stop serving at 11:15. And the employee was super rude trying to shoo me out the door saying they are closed.

Stood at counter waiting to be served and the cashier just stayed on her phone and digging through her purse. Waited waited waited then left. Bathrooms are disgusting. Employees sitting around. No customers.

There was only one person in front of me & I work less than 5mins so it was convenient for me. I asked for no Mayo, ketchup and red sauce packet. As you can see on the picture they added Mayo then they didn't give me any sauce but I had already drove off so I went inside and spoke to the manager, I mentioned they didn't give me the sauce I requested she said "Well, it's 25 cents" I said it's fine I don't mind paying but no one said anything in the drive thru and I didn't bring down my purse. Then she repeated herself "It's 25 cents for the sauce" I said okay so you want me to go back to my truck, grab my bag and pay you after I was already in the drive thru and you didn't tell me about it?? She rolled her eyes & then gave me the sauce, then I asked for ketchup and she points the the lobby and says "It's over there." This is your manager!? Smh.. I rather drive across the street than deal with a bad attitude.
