Fantastic customer service here. I called one morning BEFORE the store opened (due to a boil water notice in Deer Park) and the store manager answered the phone. She was extremely helpful and friendly. I went in and she was just as wonderful. The drinks were fantastic and we will definitely be coming back here.

Customer service is great but the quality of the yogurt green tea is way too inconsistent.The recent trip it was very bland. It was unfortunate that i have to dispose both filled drinks

I don’t see how this place can get anything below 5 stars. Someone people are just too much.This place is exactly what La Porte/Deer Park has been needing.Great places for milk tea, boba, slushees are hard to come by in the area. This place is right in our backyards.My wife and I love coming here, we came here almost everyday for a week straight before we decided we were spending a little too much haha.But it’s that good! I know with time, it’ll get better. Training up employees and getting them up to speed with customer service skills and the art of creating the drinks will take some time.But like I said I have never had any issues here. The service is fast, friendly, and they offer military discounts as well.I do wish they had more size options as a medium just seems way too small.5 stars from me.

The Sunshine Pineapple Tea was amazing!! I personally really enjoyed it. The mango jelly was recommended as a pairing. I prefer the green teas over milk tea. The cashier was knowledgeable and kind. The medium was more of a small, so if you want more, get a large. My BF had the Coconut Milk Tea, he enjoyed it. It was ok in my opinion. But again, I'm more of a green tea person. For four teas it was around 25 bucks. They have a lot of different tea/slush/milk tea options. I want to try them all! We will definitely come back to try more flavors. And as for personally not liking the tapioca balls. These were really good!! They were a bit more firm and full of flavor. Other places have jelly-like balls. I'd be on board with trying milk tea!!

Absolutely awesome aesthetic, and while I didn’t necessarily love my Strawberry Lemonade Green Tea, I still thought the menu was nice!The reason why Kung Fu Tea gets two stars is because of the poor service; the girl working the cash register seemed way to timid to be in customer service and, the time it took to get a single drink was out of this world. It took over 18 minutes with just a single order ahead of me!My advice would be to consider brooming your current staff, and increasing your starting pay so that you can attract harder working employees who actually want to show up and show out for guest to your otherwise amazing establishment!Kid-friendliness: The store is filled with Pokémon stuff, and is a poke stop.Wheelchair accessibility: No automatic door.

It was my first time going since this location opened and the place looks nice alot in line with other brands that make drinks and small things but I'm pretty upset that I came to a bubble tea shop and didn't get bubble tea ???? At other locations im asked if I'd like Boba or not and this time I guess I just didn't get a choice. Kinda sad as I was looking forward to it, but it tasted good.

It was okay. This place is more of a *fun drink* tea place. If you want a classic milk tea with boba this is not the place. I won't be back, but for people that like sugary fun drinks they might like it better.
